摘要
目的探讨心电平台在互联网医疗中的应用。方法采用人工智能和大数据等技术构建心电智能检测与预警服务平台,实现心血管疾病的精准化智能诊断和人性化早期预警,依托省级三甲医院,以线上诊疗的方式应用于基层医疗机构。结果运行数据显示,平台累计诊断各类型心电图35199人次,病例阳性率50%以上,达到“平台智能初筛,异常人工复诊,监测预警不良心脏事件”的应用效果。结论心电平台破除智能诊断算法与预警服务等技术瓶颈,以“互联网+医疗健康”的服务模式为主,为基层医疗机构建立筛查和预防心血管疾病的第一道防线,有力提升了基层的服务能力和医师诊疗效率,同时改善患者就医体验。
Objective:To explore the application of electrocardiogram(ECG)platforms in Internet medical care.Method:An intelligent ECG detection and early warning service platform is constructed by adopting technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,to achieve precise intelligent diagnosis and humanized early warning of cardiovascular diseases.Relying on provincial 3a hospitals,it is applied to grassroots medical institutions in the form of online diagnosis and treatment.Result:The operation data shows that the platform has cumulatively diagnosed 35,199 electrocardiograms of various types,with a positive case rate of over 50%,achieving the application effect of“intelligent initial screening by the platform,manual follow-up for abnormal cases,and monitoring and early warning of adverse cardiac events”.Conclusion:The ECG platform has broken through technical bottlenecks such as intelligent diagnostic algorithms and early warning services.It focuses on the service mode of“Internet+health care”,and has established the first line of defense for grassroots medical institutions to screen and prevent cardiovascular diseases,which has effectively improved the service ability of grassroots and the efficiency of doctors'diagnosis and treatment,while improving patients'medical experience.
