摘要
锅炉燃烧器喷口、过热器、再热器等部件在炉膛高温烟气作用下,由于表面有硫酸盐的沉积而引起不同程度的热腐蚀。此种腐蚀以氧化为基础,既包括界面化学反应,又包括液态物质(沉盐)对固态物质(保护性氧化膜)的溶解。对于不同的氧化膜类型,热腐蚀发生机理有所不同。其结果是连续完整的氧化膜被破坏,代之以疏松的氧化物层,从而使腐蚀加剧,导致工件的超前失效。
With the effect of high temperature gas,sulphate deposits on boiler components such as burner nozzle, reheater andsuperheator etc. may result in hot corrosion. Based on oxidation,this corrosion includes chemical reaction as well as dissolu-tion of protective oxide Jayer in liqued deposits Different oxide layers vary in hot corrosion mechanism. In this case,inte-grated and compact oxide layer is destroyed and Porous oxjde one formed. AS a result,corrosion is accelerated which willlead to early fallure of components.
