摘要
目的探讨分析对痛经患者联合采用艾灸与桃红四物汤治疗的效果。方法选取2023年8月—2024年8月本院收治的30例痛经患者进行研究,根据双色小球法将其分为两组,每组15例。参照组实施常规药物治疗,研究组联合采用艾灸与桃红四物汤治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组内皮素1水平较参照组更低,一氧化氮水平较参照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组PSQI评分低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各时间段VAS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,联合采用艾灸与桃红四物汤治疗痛经患者,能够调节患者的机体状态,发挥更为确切的疗效,使患者的病情得到控制。同时,促使患者的症状得到缓解,有效减轻其疼痛不适,从而使其能够更好地休息,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of combined use of moxibustion and Taohong Siwu Tang in the treatment of dysmenorrhea patients.Methods Thirty patients with dysmenorrhea admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups using the two-color ball method,with 15 patients in each group.The reference group received conventional drug treatment,while the research group received a combination of moxibustion and Taohong Siwu Tang treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.After treatment,the level of endothelin-1 in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the level of nitric oxide was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,the PSQI score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group at all time points(P<0.05);After treatment,the treatment efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the combination of moxibustion and Taohong Siwu Tang can regulate the body state of patients with dysmenorrhea,exert more precise therapeutic effects,and control the patient's condition.At the same time,it promotes the relief of patients'symptoms,effectively reduces their pain and discomfort,and enables them to rest better,which is worth promoting vigorously.
