摘要
目的 分析桃红四物汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症痛经的效果及对患者症状的影响。方法 选取2021年5月-2024年5月赣州市南康区妇幼保健院收治的80例寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症痛经患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合桃红四物汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、痛经症状[Cox痛经症状量表(CMSS)]、中医症状积分(经来量多、经期延长、月经不调)、痛经缓解时间、经期规律时间。结果 观察组临床改善率(97.50%)高于对照组(87.50%)(P<0.05);两组治疗后CMSS-S、CMSS-T分数低于治疗前,且观察组CMSS-S、CMSS-T分数低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分(经来量多、经期延长、月经不调)低于治疗前,且观察组中医症状积分(经来量多、经期延长、月经不调)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痛经缓解时间、经期规律时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 桃红四物汤加减方案在寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症痛经治疗中具有确切临床疗效,可减轻患者痛经症状,改善其中医症状积分,加速痛经缓解,促使经期规律。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction in treating of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis with cold coagulation and blood stasis and its effect on patients′symptoms.Methods From May 2021 to May 2024,80 patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type admitted to Nankang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ganzhou City were selected and divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(40 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,dysmenorrhea symptoms[The Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS)],TCM symptom scores(menstrual volume,menstrual extension,irregular menstruation),dysmenorrhea relief time,menstrual period regular time were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical improvement rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05).The scores of CMSS-S and CMSS-T in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of CMSS-S and CMSS-T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(menstrual volume,menstrual extension,irregular menstruation)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms(menstrual volume,menstrual extension,irregular menstruation)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of dysmenorrhea and the regular time of menstruation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Taohong Siwu decoction has a definite clinical effect in treating of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis with cold coagulation and blood stasis type,which can reduce the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,improve the scores of TCM symptoms,accelerate the relief of dysmenorrhea,and promote the regularity of menstruation.
