摘要
目的探讨自拟调经汤对月经不调患者黄体生成素及促卵泡激素指标的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的63例月经不调患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片和黄体酮软胶囊治疗,观察组给予自拟调经汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效及性激素指标。结果治疗一个疗程后,观察组疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论月经不调患者采用自拟调经汤治疗可有效改善患者月经不调症状,减轻患者痛苦,调整患者性激素水平,恢复患者卵巢正常排卵功能。
Objective To study the effect of self-made Tiaojing decoction on luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in patients with irregular menstruation.Methods 63 patients with menoxenia from March of 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the subject of study.They were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group received estradiol valerate and progesterone soft capsule for treatment,and the observation group was given self-made Tiaojing decoction.The clinical efficacy and sex hormone index of the two groups were compared.Results After a course of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The level of LH and FSH in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of menoxenia can effectively improve the symptoms of menoxenia,alleviate the pain of the patient,adjust the level of sex hormone of the patient,and restore the function of the normal ovulatory of the patient.
