摘要 本文详细介绍了用分步合成法制备Y_(1-x)Ho_xBa_2Cu_3O_y超导体,研究了体系的超导性能和微观结构等。结果表明,Ho的加入有利于晶粒沿(0001)方向生长,晶格常数a、c轴随Ho含量的增加而增大,b轴减小,对同一Ho含量的样品,随烧结温度T_s的升高,超导相含量增加,Jc早上升趋势。最后还讨论Y_(2-2x)Ho_(2x)BaCuO_5(211)与Ba—Cu—O的反应过程。 The bulk Y 1_xHoxBazCu3Or samples, which were prepared by the two-step syathesis method, have been investigated. The result indicates that the textured structure can be strengthened by Ho addition. The reaction between Y2-2XHo2xBaCuO6 (211) and Ba-Cu-O is comparatively slow. It is also found that the superconducting phase content and Jc value increase for Y0.8Ho0.2Bo2Cu3Oy sample as the sintered temperature Ts is raised. Moreover, the lattice parameters a and c increase and b drops,as the Ho content increases.
