摘要
通过火焰原子吸收光谱法对水中的锑量进行了测定,对影响测量结果的不确定度分量进行了量化的计算,从而得出影响锑量测量不确定的主要因素是测量样品消解液中的锑的质量浓度引起的不确定度。
Based on the measurement of antimony content in water by FAAS , the sources of the uncertainty of measurement was analyzed. The evaluation in indicated that the major source of uncertainty was the variation of antimony content in the sewage solution.
