摘要
作为国家基础教育教师队伍建设改革试点地区,重庆市云阳县以领军人才培育为核心,探索形成独具特色的教师发展云阳路径:通过解构基础教育领军人才内涵、建立人才引领力“331”模型及培育对象选择机制夯实服务体系支撑;通过创新项目大研训、实地大研训、本土大研训三维模式重塑引领力生成机制,实现从培育输出到实践落地的转化;依托支持体系、教育集团与学区平台及成果提炼目标化机制,显著拓展领军人才的示范辐射效能,有效破解了区域教育领军人才短缺的结构性难题。这一路径不仅为同类地区提供了可复制的县域教师队伍建设改革样本,更对推动区域基础教育高质量发展具有实践路径和实施策略启示。
As a national pilot region for basic education teacher system reform,Yunyang County in Chongqing has put the cultivation of leading educators at the center of its work and carved out a distinctive"Yunyang Path"for teacher development.The county first deconstructed the competencies required of lead educators in basic education,built a"331"leadership model and a selection mechanism for candidates,and wrapped these in a full-service support system.It then redesigned the leadership formation process through three intertwined training dimensions—project-based grand training,field-based grand training,and home-grown grand training—creating a closed loop that carries participants from cultivation to implementation.Supported by a dedicated backing system,school group and the platform of learning district,and a targeted mechanism for distilling and sharing results,the initiative has greatly amplified the demonstration effect of leading educators and effectively broken the structural shortage of such talent across the region.The Yunyang Path offers a replicable county-level model for teacher system reform in comparable areas and furnishes concrete strategies for advancing high-quality region-wide basic education.
