摘要
高职人才培养目标界定对高职教育活动具有导向性作用。分析了我国"高端技术技能人才"培养目标形成的发展轨迹,即从最初的"技术应用型人才",到"高技能人才"、"高端技能人才",再到"高端技术技能人才",我国逐步形成了符合现代职业教育体系构建要求的高职人才培养目标。
The cultivation objective of higher vocational education in our country has changed from ＂tec＇n＇quenl plied talents＂ to ＂high-end technique and skilledt^aients＇＇. It was a inevitable result which based on the conditionaP- of the particular historical background, and deepen the knowing of the concept of ＂high-end technique and skilled aients .
