粗粒土颗粒破碎特性及演化规律研究

摘要 粗粒土堆石料是土石坝的主要填料,堆石料颗粒在高应力作用下颗粒破碎问题不容忽视。颗粒破碎将影响堆石料的级配和力学特性,引起土石坝变形和不均匀沉降等问题,严重时危害大坝安全。本研究对不同粒径、不同强度的人工模拟粗粒土水泥球颗粒进行了单颗粒抗压强度试验,对人工模拟粗粒土开展了多组三轴固结排水试验,分析了三轴剪切过程中颗粒破碎特性。结果表明:人工模拟粗粒土颗粒在较低围压时呈现出剪胀性与软化性,在较高围压时则呈现出剪缩性与硬化性。研究提出的级配演化规律模型可以有效描述三轴试验过程中各粒组颗粒质量的百分含量值,与试验值基本吻合,证明了模型的有效性和准确性。 Coarse-grained soil and gravel materials are the main filling materials for earth rock dams,and the problem of particle breakage of gravel materials under high stress cannot be ignored.Particle breakage will affect the grading and mechanical properties of the rockfill material,causing deformation and uneven settlement of the earth rock dam,or even endangering the safety of the dam.This study conducted single particle compressive strength tests on artificially simulated coarse-grained soil cement ball particles with different particle sizes and strengths,and conducted multiple sets of triaxial consolidation and drainage tests on artificially simulated coarse-grained soil to analyze the particle fragmentation characteristics during the triaxial shear process.The results indicate that artificially simulated coarse—grained soil particles exhibit dilatancy and softening at lower confining pressures,and shrinkage and hardening at higher confining pressures.The model of gradation evolution proposed in the study can effectively describe the percentage content of particle mass in each particle group during triaxial testing,which is basically consistent with the experimental values,proving the effectiveness and accuracy of the model.
