摘要
针对谢石盘煤矿K_(6)煤层顶板上部为采空区,顶底板围岩破碎且遇水易分解的问题,采用室内试验研究巷道顶底板围岩的软化性和膨胀性,基于巷道围岩矿物组成,设计了回采巷道支护形式和参数。研究表明,K_(6)煤层顶底板围岩属于Ⅳ类较软岩、稳定性较差岩层,围岩主要组成成分为石英、白云母和高岭石,围岩吸水率在2.16%~2.87%,轴向自由膨胀率在0.143%~2.109%,径向自由膨胀率在0.061%~0.187%,顶板围岩软化系数平均值为0.68,水对顶板围岩弱化作用为中等,属于软化型非膨胀黏土岩。K_(6)煤层回采巷道选用梯形+矩形复合型断面,支护方案考虑顶板淋水和无顶板淋水2种情况。顶板有淋水的巷道区段采用喷浆防止顶板离层及水侵入,设计锚网梁索喷联合支护;顶板无淋水的巷道区段采用阻燃材料防止煤巷自然发火,设计锚网梁索片联合支护。研究成果可为同类巷道膨胀岩判定和支护设计提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problem that the upper roof of K_(6) coal seam in Xieshipan coal mine is goaf,the surrounding rock of roof and floor is broken and easy to decompose in water,the softening and expansibility of the surroundingrock of the roadway roof and floor are studied by laboratory test.Based on the mineral composition of the surrounding rock of roadway,the support form and parameters of the mining roadway are designed.The results show that the surrounding rock of K_(6) coal seam roof and floor belongs to IV soft rock and poor stability rock.The main components of the surrounding rock are quartz,muscovite and kaolinite.The water absorption rate of surrounding rock is between 2.16%and 2.87%,the axial free expansion rate is between 0.143%and 2.109%,and the radial free expansion rate is between 0.061%and 0.187%.The average softening coefficient of roof surrounding rock is 0.68,and the weakening effect of water on roof surrounding rock is medium,which belongs to softening nonexpansive clay rock.The trapezoidal+rectangular composite section is selected for the mining roadway of K_(6) coal seam,and the support scheme considers two cases of roof water spray and no roof water spray.In the roadway section where the roof is sprayed with water,shotcrete is used to prevent roof separation and water intrusion,and the combined support of anchor mesh beam cable and shotcrete is designed.The roadway section without roof water spray adopts flame retardant material to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal roadway,and the combined support of anchor net beam and cable sheet is designed.The research results can provide reference for the determination and support design of similar roadway expansive rock.
