深度学习技术下造纸产业稳定性智能化监测与创新性研究

Research on Intelligent Monitoring Technology for Papermaking Production Stability Supported by Deep Learning Technology

摘要 对于造纸这种典型的流程型工业而言,日常生产的稳定性至关重要。为通过技术视角全面提升造纸生产的稳定性,基于深度学习等技术,构建了一种专门针对造纸生产工艺的稳定性智能化监测系统。该系统涵盖数据采集层、边缘计算层、云平台层、智能分析层及应用服务层等多个层面。对该系统的工作性能进行案例分析,结果表明,该系统能够针对造纸生产稳定性监测形成数据闭环,借助模型更新机制和双通道预警,对造纸生产线的工作稳定性进行高效且精准的监控。 For a typical process industry like papermaking,the stability of its daily production is of vital importance.To fully enhance the stability of papermaking production from a technical perspective,an intelligent stability monitoring system specifically designed for the papermaking production process has been constructed based on deep learning technology and others.This system consists of a data acquisition layer,an edge computing layer,a cloud platform layer,an intelligent analysis layer,and an application service layer,etc.A case analysis of the working performance of this system was conducted.The results show that this system can form a data closed loop for monitoring the stability of papermaking production,and efficiently and accurately monitor the working stability of the papermaking production line through the model update mechanism and dual-channel early warning.
