摘要
造纸工业水资源用量及废水排放量相对较大,且废水内存在大量有害物质,极易影响人类身体健康,破坏水环境与土壤环境等,因此造纸工业废水处理深受社会各界高度关注。而一体化污水处理设备操作便捷且使用能耗低,集成沉淀区、氧化池、淤泥池等多处理池功能,可集中处理废水以降解其中活性有机物和淤泥。由此,为防止造纸工业生产威胁生态环境可持续发展,避免造纸工业废水破坏环境,通过引进一体化污水处理设备制订了造纸工业废水处理方法,即在以药冲洗预处理废水后,利用设备对废水进行浓缩脱水处理与深度消毒,并实时监测水质变化,从而实现造纸工业废水高效处理。此方法处理后的造纸工业废水可达到国家相关废水排放标准。
The paper industry has a relatively large amount of water resources and wastewater discharge,and there are a large number of harmful substances in the wastewater,which can easily affect human health and damage the water and soil environment.Therefore,the treatment of paper industry wastewater is highly concerned by all sectors of society.The integrated sewage treatment equipment is easy to operate and has low energy consumption,and integrates multiple treatment tank functions such as sedimentation zone,oxidation tank,and sludge tank,which can centrally treat wastewater to degrade active organic matter and sludge.Therefore,in order to prevent the paper industry from threatening the sustainable development of the ecological environment and avoiding the damage of paper industry wastewater to the environment,this article introduces an integrated sewage treatment equipment to develop a paper industry wastewater treatment method,after flushing the wastewater with medicine,the equipment is used to concentrate,dehydrate and deeply disinfect the wastewater,and real-time monitoring of water quality changes is carried out to achieve efficient treatment of paper industry wastewater,and this method can promote the discharge of paper industry wastewater to meet relevant national sewage discharge standards.
