智能化控制技术及工业机器人对造纸过程节能减排的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Intelligent Control Technology and Industrial Robots on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Papermaking Process

摘要 在“双碳”战略目标指引下,造纸行业迫切需要推进节能减排以及绿色智能化升级。基于此,聚焦造纸生产全过程中能源消耗与碳排放的关键环节,深入剖析了智能控制技术和工业机器人在纸浆制备、压榨烘干、物流搬运等重要工序中的应用途径。通过引入自动化控制、能源优化调度以及智能检测系统,达成了对生产能耗的实时感知与精准调控,极大地提高了能源使用效率。有实证案例为证,某文化纸生产线在引入智能控制系统后,单位纸耗电量降低了9.8%,蒸汽消耗减少了7.4%。这为造纸企业节能减排给予了实践支持与系统性技术参照。 Under the guidance of the“dual carbon”strategic goals,the papermaking industry urgently needs to promote energy conservation and emission reduction as well as green and intelligent upgrading.This article focuses on the key links of energy consumption and carbon emissions throughout the entire papermaking production process,and deeply analyzes the application approaches of intelligent control technology and industrial robots in important procedures such as pulp preparation,pressing and drying,and logistics handling.By introducing automated control,energy optimization scheduling and intelligent detection systems,real-time perception and precise regulation of production energy consumption have been achieved,greatly improving energy utilization efficiency.There are empirical cases to prove that after a certain cultural paper production line introduced an intelligent control system,the power consumption per unit of paper decreased by 9.8%,and the steam consumption decreased by 7.4%.The research in this paper provides practical support and systematic technical references for the energy conservation and emission reduction paths of papermaking enterprises.
