摘要
天然植物纤维是极为理想的橡胶复合材料纤维增强材料。为分析天然植物纤维橡胶复合材料的综合性能,以汉麻秆、天然橡胶等为原材料制备了一种天然汉麻秆纤维橡胶复合材料。以试验方式对该材料的综合性能进行分析,结果表明,当复合材料中汉麻秆纤维质量占比由0.0%提升至20.0%时,材料的拉伸强度、抗压强度等呈现出先提升后下降的变化状态,断裂伸长率呈现出一直下降状态,当汉麻秆纤维质量占比为10.0%时,材料的综合力学性能最为优异。
Natural plant fibers are extremely ideal fiber reinforcing materials for rubber composites.To analyze the comprehensive performance of natural plant fiber rubber composites,a natural hemp stalk fiber rubber composite was prepared using hemp stalks,natural rubber,etc.as raw materials.The comprehensive performance of the material was analyzed by means of experiments.The results show that:When the mass proportion of hemp stalk fibers in the composite material increased from 0.0%to 20.0%,the tensile strength,compressive strength,etc.of the material showed a changing state of first increasing and then decreasing,and the elongation at break showed a continuous decreasing state.When the mass proportion of hemp stalk fibers was 10.0%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material were the most excellent.
