摘要
为充分提升电动汽车驱动电机绝缘纸的综合性能及性能稳定性,以天然植物纤维、芳纶纤维等为基体,以烷基烯酮二聚体作为疏水材料,按照浆内施胶的方法制备了一种疏水纤维素绝缘纸。以试验的方式对该绝缘纸的疏水性、电气性能、机械性能等进行分析。结果表明:与传统绝缘纸相比,本文制备的疏水纤维素绝缘纸水接触角达到了132.5°,24h吸水率低至45.6%,击穿场强达到了28.7kV/mm,介质损耗因数约为0.0047Hz,综合性能更好。
To fully enhance the comprehensive performance and performance stability of insulating paper for electric vehicle drive motors,a hydrophobic cellulose insulating paper was prepared by in-pulp sizing using natural plant fibers,aramid fibers,etc.as the matrix and alkylenone dimer as the hydrophobic material.The hydrophobicity,electrical properties,mechanical properties,etc.of the insulating paper were analyzed through experiments.The results show that:Compared with traditional insulating paper,the hydrophobic cellulose insulating paper prepared in this paper has a water contact Angle of 132.5°,a 24-hour water absorption rate as low as 45.6%,a breakdown field strength of 28.7kV/mm,and a dielectric loss factor of approximately 0.0047Hz.Its comprehensive performance is better.
