特定生产环境下的轻工业企业建筑节能改造研究

Research on Energy Conservation Renovation of Light Industrial Enterprises in Specific Production Environments

摘要 面对“双碳”目标和能源价格上涨双重压力,轻工业企业亟须推进建筑节能改造,实现绿色低碳转型。但由于轻工业生产环境特殊性,建筑节能改造面临诸多挑战。基于此,分析特定生产环境下轻工业建筑节能改造的驱动因素,剖析改造过程中面临的现实挑战,提出基于生产环境特征的节能改造策略。一是构建“微扰动”渐进式改造模式,开发模块化节能改造技术,实施分区分时段改造;二是创新“工艺适配”环境控制系统,设计生产工艺导向分区域环控方案,开发智能化环境参数调节系统;三是推行“能效协同”综合节能技术,集成屋顶光伏与自然采光优化技术,融合余热回收与新风系统改造。轻工业企业应立足自身生产特点,因地制宜地推进建筑节能改造,在建筑节能和生产保障间找到最佳平衡点,实现低碳发展和高质量发展双赢。 Faced with the dual pressures of the"dual carbon"goals and rising energy prices,light industrial enterprises urgently need to promote energy-saving renovations of buildings to achieve green and low-carbon transformation.However,due to the special production environment of the light industry,energy-saving renovations of buildings are confronted with numerous challenges.This paper analyzes the driving factors of energy-saving renovation of light industrial buildings under specific production environments,dissects the practical challenges in the renovation process,and proposes energy-saving renovation strategies based on the characteristics of the production environment.The first is to establish a"micro-disturbance"progressive renovation model,develop modular energy-saving renovation technologies,and implement zoned and time-segmented renovations.Second,innovate the"process adaptation"environmental control system,design the production process-oriented regional environmental control plan,and develop an intelligent environmental parameter adjustment system.Third,promote the"energy efficiency synergy"comprehensive energy-saving technology,integrating rooftop photovoltaic and natural lighting optimization technology,and integrating waste heat recovery and fresh air system transformation.Light industrial enterprises should,based on their own production characteristics,promote building energy-saving renovations in a way that suits local conditions,find the best balance between building energy conservation and production guarantee,and achieve a win-win situation of low-carbon development and high-quality development.
