摘要
大数据时代,加快档案数字化建设,推进电子档案的传输、接收和管理,建立统一的档案数据管理平台,是档案管理现代化的发展方向,也是新形势下档案信息化建设的重点。本文从数字档案室建设相关政策法规为出发点,阐述了建设数字档案室的可行性和必要性,指出目前数字档案室建设的现状和不足,进而探讨和归纳数字档案室建设的方法和举措。
In the big data era,accelerating the construction of archives digitization,promoting the transmission,reception and management of electronic archives,and establishing a unified archives data management platform are the development directions of archives management modernization and the focus of archives informatization construction in the new situation.Based on the policies and regulations related to the construction of digital archives room,this paper expounds the feasibility and necessity of the construction of digital archives room,points out the current status and shortcomings of the construction of digital archives room,and subsequently discusses and summarizes the methods and measures of digital archives room construction.
