二硫化钠聚硫橡胶的合成与性能分析

摘要 本文以二硫化钠为原料合成了液体聚硫橡胶,对二硫化钠和聚硫橡胶的合成工艺路线进行了研究。实验结果表明,二硫化钠适宜的制备条件为:使用氢氧化钠和硫磺进行反应,反应温度为90~100℃,反应时间6h,二硫化钠的硫指数为2.20~2.30。聚硫橡胶适宜的制备条件为:聚合温度为95~100℃,聚合时间4h,搅拌速度为380r•min-1,以拉开粉为助分散剂。所制备的聚硫橡胶的拉伸强度、伸长率及硬度均满足相关指标的要求。 The liquid polysulfide rubber was synthesized using sodium disulfide as raw material,and the synthesis process route of sodium disulfide and polysulfide rubber were studied.The experimental results indicate that the suitable preparation conditions for sodium disulfide are:using sodium hydroxide and sulfur for reaction,reaction temperature of 90~100℃,reaction time of 6h,and sulfur index of 2.20~2.30 for sodium disulfide.The suitable preparation conditions for polysulfide rubber are:polymerization temperature of 95~100℃,polymerization time of 4h,stirring speed of 380r/min,and the use of dispersing powder as a co dispersant.The tensile strength,elongation,and hardness of the prepared polysulfide rubber meet the requirements of relevant indicators.
