摘要
以液体聚硫橡胶(LPSF)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为单体合成了聚酯型水性聚硫-聚氨酯(WSPU)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪对WSPU化学结构及表面形貌进行表征,考察了LPSF含量对WSPU耐水性、耐溶剂性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:LPSF链段均匀地分散在胶膜中,相容性良好;与未改性的WPU相比,当LPSF质量分数为30%时,胶膜的吸水率显著降低,降幅达46.7%;在去离子水中浸泡96 h后,拉伸强度保持率可从80.8%增加到94.5%。同时,在甲苯中的溶胀度也明显下降,降幅达31.35%。LPSF的引入使水性聚氨酯具有优异的耐水和耐有机溶剂性能。
Polyester based waterborne polysulfide polyurethane(WSPU)were successfully synthesized using liquid polysulfide rubber(LPSF),poly(butylene adipate)(PBA),and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as raw materials.The chemical structure and surface morphology of WSPU were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The effects of LPSF content on the water resistance,solvent resistance,and mechanical properties of WSPU were investigated.The results indicated that the LPSF segments were uniformly dispersed in the adhesive film and had good compatibility with polyurethane segments.Compared with unmodified WPU,when the LPSF content is 30%,the water absorption rate of the obtained adhesive film significantly decreases by 46.7%.After soaking in deionized water for 96 hours,the tensile strength retention rate can increase from 80.8% to 94.5%.At the same time,the swelling degree in toluene also significantly decreased,with a decrease of 31.35%.The introduction of LPSF endows waterborne polyurethane with excellent water resistance and organic solvent resistance.
