摘要
低聚物具有独特的形态结构,可通过灵活的官能团反应制成各种固化产物,能够满足不同材料的性能要求,已被广泛应用于许多工业领域。随着低聚物研究的深入和应用上的要求,实现低聚物的分级分离或完全分离变得尤为重要。对低聚物的分离方法进行总结与评述,系统地介绍了溶解度分离法和色谱分离法,着重分析了它们的优缺点。溶解度分离法操作简单、处理量小;色谱分离法可以实现性质不同的低聚物的分离。最后指出低聚物分离方法多数集中于传统分离技术的应用,并对低聚物分离方法的发展进行了展望。
Oligomers often have unique structures,and can be made into various curing products through flexible functional reaction,then satisfy the performance requirements of different materials.Obviously,they have been widely used in many fields of industry.With the in-depth study of oligomer and the requirements of application,oligomer fractionation or isolation is becoming particularly important.The separation methods of oligomer were summarized.The methods of separation including solubility separations and chromatography separations were systematically introduced,emphatically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.Solubility separations based on the solubility of material were simple,and processing capacity was small.Separation process was according to the different distribution coefficients of the material in the stationary phase and mobile phase then present different retention time.Chromatography separations can be achieved for oligomers of different properties.It was pointed out that the majority of oligomer separation methods focus on the application of conventional separation techniques.Finally,the development of oligomer separation in future was prospected.
