摘要
硅油具有使用温度范围广、寿命长、低温流动性好、无味、无腐蚀、环境友好等优势,其中低黏度二甲基硅油在日化用品、洗发护发、导热材料等领域的需求不断增长。国产的二甲基硅油与日本信越公司、美国道康宁公司、德国瓦克公司的同类产品仍存在差距,因此开发高质量、低黏度的二甲基硅油具有广阔的市场前景。本实验分别以BH-168酸性树脂、浓硫酸和四甲基氢氧化铵碱胶作为催化剂,制备了低黏度二甲基硅油,并对产品的挥发分、闪点、倾点、导热系数等指标进行了检测。结果表明,与另外2种催化剂相比,采用BH-168酸性树脂制备的硅油,具有较低的挥发分和较高的闪点,且黏度受温度的影响较小,倾点更低,更适用于制备高质量、低黏度的二甲基硅油;但所得产品的pH值较低,因此不适用于日化用品或洗发、护发产品。
Silicone oil exhibits much advantages,including a broad operational temperature range,long-term stability,excellent low temperature fluidity,odorless nature,non-corrosiveness,and environmental friendliness.Among these,low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil has seen rising demand in applications such as daily chemical products,haircare formulations,and thermal conductive materials.However,the performance of domestically produced high-quality dimethyl silicone oils still lag behind comparable products from international manufacturers(e.g.,Shin-Etsu[Japan],Dow Corning[USA],and Wacker[Germany]).Thus,the development of high-quality,low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oils holds significant market potential.In this experiment,BH-168 acidic resin,concentrated sulfuric acid,and tetramethylammonium hydroxide alkali gel were used as catalysts to prepare low viscosity dimethyl silicone oil.The volatile matter,flash point,pour point,thermal conductivity and other indicators of the product were tested.The results showed that compared with another two catalysts,the silicone oil prepared with BH-168 acidic resin has lower volatile matter,pour point and and higher flash point,and its viscosity is less affected by temperature,making it more suitable for preparing high-quality,low viscosity dimethyl silicone oil.But the pH value of the obtained product is relatively low,so it is not suitable for daily chemical products or fields such as shampoo and hair care.
