摘要
在探索可燃液体闪点的变化规律的基础上,研究提高可燃液体闪点的方法。实验结果表明,添加与可燃液体分子间作用力大于纯组分分子间吸引力的可燃溶剂或水、不燃溶剂可提高可燃液体闪点,但只有当添加剂摩尔分数超过0.8时,可燃液体闪点才迅速增大。该研究可为可燃液体加工、储存和运输过程的本质安全提供实用的技术。
Based on the research of the changing rule of flash point, reliable modification methods of increasing the flash point of flammable liquid are studied. Results indicate that adding flammable liquid that has a bigger attraction between its molecule and the flammable liquid molecule than that between the pure molecules, water of nonflammable solvent can increase the flash point of flammable ilquid. It increases rapidly only when mole percentage of the additive is higher than 0.8. The research will offer operative technology for the inherent safety processing, storage and transportation of flammable liquids.
