广州市本科高校公共事业管理专业学生专业认同与学习倦怠的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between professional identity and learning burnout among public administration undergraduates in Guangzhou

摘要 目的 探讨广州市本科高校公共事业管理专业学生专业认同与学习倦怠的关系及影响因素。方法基于对广州市本科高校公共事业管理专业学生专业认同与倦怠状况的系统性调研,以广州多所高校公共事业管理专业大一至大四学生为对象,采用大学生学习倦怠量表和专业认同量表进行问卷调查,对数据进行分析。结果 广州市公共事业管理专业学生专业认同偏低,认为自身与专业的匹配度不高,学习倦怠程度较高,二者呈现显著负相关(r=0.58)。结论 为加强公共事业管理专业学生的专业认同,减轻学习倦怠,须从提高学生专业认知、完善个人培养规划、增强学生实践能力等层面出发,从而进一步优化公共事业管理专业人才培养质量。 Objective To explore the relationship and influencing factors between professional identity and learning burnout among public administration students in Guangzhou.Methods This study is based on a systematic survey of the status of professional identity and burnout among public administration students in Guangzhou.The survey was conducted using the College Student Learning Burnout Scale and Professional Identity Scale,and the data was analyed.Results Research has found that public management students in Guangzhou have a low level of professional identity and a high degree of learning burnout,with a significant negative correlation between the two factors(r=0.58).Conclusion Therefore,in order to strengthen the professional identity of public administration students and alleviate learning burnout,it is necessary to start from improving students'professional cognition,improving personal development plans,enhancing students'practical skills,and further optimizing the quality of talent caltivation in public administration.
