摘要
人才培养模式关乎人才培养的质量,更是立德树人的重要抓手。当前,农业高校公共事业管理本科专业人才培养方案趋于雷同,普遍缺乏特色,大都存在着目标定位与乡村振兴战略契合度不足,教学内容和课程体系与新文科、新农科建设匹配度不高,培养环节设计缺乏对大数据、人工智能挑战的积极回应等诸多问题。因此,创新农业高校公共事业管理本科专业的人才培养模式,是一项综合系统工程,应当立足服务乡村振兴的培养导向,通过强化学生的爱农情怀,夯实知农基础,着力培养他们矢志“三农”的价值取向、管农融通的知识结构和强农兴农的实践能力,以此探索该专业人才培养模式创新的实践进路。
The talent cultivation model directly affects the quality of talent development and serves as a critical lever for fostering virtue and educating students.Currently,undergraduate programs in Public Affairs Management at agricultural colleges and universities are overly similar and generally lack dis-tinctive features.Common issues include an insufficient alignment between program goals and the rural revitalization strategy,inadequate coordination of teaching content and curriculum structures with the development of new liberal arts and new agriculture,and a lack of proactive responses to challenges posed by big data and artificial intelligence in the design of training processes.Consequently,innovating the talent cultivation model for undergraduate Public Affairs Management programs at agricultural colle-ges and universities is a comprehensive and systematic undertaking.It should be based on the training o-rientation of serving rural revitalization,strengthening students′appreciation for agriculture,solidifying their foundational agricultural knowledge,and focusing on cultivating their dedication to agriculture,ru-ral areas,and farmers,the knowledge structure of managing agriculture and the practical ability to strengthen agriculture and promoting agriculture,to explore the practical approach of the innovation of the talent training mode of this major.
