摘要
通过对川北医学院非优势小专业学生在校学习状况的调查研究,分析影响学生学习的不利因素,探讨能够激发学生学习动力的对策。深化高等医学教育改革,重视小专业学生成长和学科建设,采取有效措施提高教学质量、培养和激发学生学习兴趣,探索新的教育模式,提高教学效果,为社会培养更多具有创造性的人才。
Based on the survey of learning status of the non-dominant major of medical students in North Sichuan Medical College, this paper analyzes the negative factors that affect students" learning interest, and discusses some countermeasures in order to inspire the students'learning motivation. To train more creative talents for the society, on the one hand, the authors must deepen the reform of higher medical education, and pay more attention to the students" growth and discipline construction. On the other hand, the authors can find a better way to stimulate and develop the study interest of the students, explore new educational model to improve teaching effectiveness.
