职业教育智能体:AI赋能职业教育新图景 被引量:4

Vocational Education Intelligent Agents:AI Empowers Vocational Education with a New Vision

摘要 正如家庭使用电需要凭借各种各样的电器,职业教育与大模型之间也需要若干个智能体。职业教育智能体是通过环境感知、自主决策与任务执行,将人工智能技术与职业教育需求深度融合,以人机多主体协作方式解决职业教育领域诸多明确任务的智能代理。其本质是以泛在智能代理的方式弥合产业与教育之间的鸿沟,赋能职业教育加速内在范式的创新性转换和外在样态的颠覆性变革。职业教育智能体具有类型教育性、自主智能性、任务明确性、协作共生性、泛在应用性五大特征,主要发挥以产定教的智能纽带、虚实融合的具身场域、教学改革的智能主体、技术服务的智能中枢、多元治理的智慧平台五大功能。可以将职业教育智能体划分为决策层、协作层、执行层三个层次,产教融合类、学校治理类、教学改革类三大类,三层三类交叉构成众多“型”,每“型”下分为若干具体的智能体,共同构成智能体矩阵,适应职业教育各类场景。 Just as household electricity requires various electrical appliances,vocational education and large-scale models also require several intelligent agents.Vocational education intelligent agent is an intelligent agent that deeply integrates artificial intelligence technology with vocational education needs through environmental perception,autonomous decision-making,and task execution,and solves many clear tasks in the field of vocational education through human-machine multi-agent collaboration.Its essence is to bridge the gap between industry and education through ubiquitous intelligent agents,empowering vocational education to accelerate innovative transformation of internal paradigms and disruptive changes in external forms.Vocational education intelligent agents have five characteristics:type education,autonomous intelligence,task clarity,collaborative symbiosis,and ubiquitous applicability.They mainly play five functions:an intelligent link based on production and education,an embodied field that integrates reality and virtuality,an intelligent subject for teaching reform,an intelligent hub for technical services,and a smart platform for diversified governance.Vocational education intelligent agents can be divided into three levels:decision-making layer,collaboration layer,and execution layer.There are three major categories:industry education integration,school governance,and teaching reform.The three levels and three categories intersect to form numerous"types",each of which is divided into several specific intelligent agents,collectively forming an intelligent agent matrix that adapts to various scenarios of vocational education.
