摘要
人工智能引领新兴科技革命,改变了人们的生活方式和社会就业结构。职业教育直接地感受到人工智能带来的冲击,从而引发了改革诉求。人工智能时代职业教育的实质仍以就业为导向,坚持技术传承,回归教育本质,秉承人文理念,培养全面发展的智能劳动者。文章从专业和课程建设、解放教师、个性化学习的角度,提出了内部结构改革路径;从建立多元学习情境、优化组织管理的角度,提出了外部结构改革路径。最后,文章提出人工智能时代职业教育的发展目标包括人机耦合、以人为本、由适应到引领人工智能、完善学习型社会。
Artificial intelligence has led the emerging scientific and technological revolution, changing people’s lifestyles and social employment structures. Vocational education most directly feels the impact of artificial intelligence, and thus triggered the reform demand. The essence of vocational education in the age of artificial intelligence is still employment-oriented, insisting on technology inheritance, returning into education essence, adhering to the humanistic concept, and cultivating intelligent workers with all-round development. In this paper, the reform path of internal structure was put forward from the perspectives of specialty and curriculum construction, liberating teachers and individualized learning. Meanwhile, the reform path of external structure was proposed from the perspectives of establishing multiple learning situations, optimizing organizational management and improving school governance. The development goals of vocational education in the age of artificial intelligence include human-machine coupling;people-oriented;from adaptation to leading artificial intelligence;improving the learning society.
