专利视角下AI辅助抗菌肽研发的全球发展态势分析

Analysis of the Global Development Trend of AI-Assisted Antimicrobial Peptide Research and Development from the Perspective of Patents

摘要 随着多重耐药菌的全球性蔓延,传统抗生素治疗面临严峻挑战。抗菌肽(AMPs)作为一类天然存在的广谱抗菌物质,凭借其独特的结构特征和多靶点抑菌机制,在克服微生物耐药性方面展现出显著优势,被视为后抗生素时代最具潜力的候选药物。人工智能(AI)技术的深度介入提升了AMPs虚拟筛选、功能预测和结构优化的研发效率并降低了试验成本。本文在专利视角下分析了AI技术筛选和设计合成AMPs的技术发展情况,从专利申请数据分析和专利技术分析等维度对重点专利进行挖掘和梳理,围绕技术突破、专利布局、产业协同等方面提出策略建议,为我国生物医药产业突破技术壁垒、建立竞争优势提供决策参考。 With the worldwide spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria,traditional antibiotic therapies are facing severe challenges.Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs),a class of naturally occurring broad-spectrum antimicrobial substances,exhibit unique structural features and multi-target antibacterial mechanisms,showing significant advantages in overcoming microbial resistance and being regarded as one of the most promising candidate drugs in the post-antibiotic era.The deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has greatly improved the efficiency of virtual screening,functional prediction,and structural optimization of AMPs,while reducing experimental costs.From the perspective of patents,this paper analyzes the technological development of AI-assisted screening and design of synthetic AMPs,conducts in-depth mining and sorting of key patents through patent application data analysis and technical analysis,and puts forward strategic recommendations in terms of technological breakthroughs,patent layout,and industry collaboration.The aim is to provide decision-making reference for China's biopharmaceutical industry to overcome technical barriers and build competitive advantages.
