摘要
目的分析我国医院创新转化排名前10位的转让专利的特征,为医院加速专利成果转化和技术商业化提供参考。方法选取2022年全国创新转化排行综合榜单前10位的三甲医院作为研究对象,在大为Innojoy专利搜索引擎和国家专利局专利检索平台进行专利检索,分析授权发明专利许可和转让数量、被引次数、涉及的IPC类别及技术周期等情况。结果创新转化排行榜前10位医院的转让专利与许可专利的质量和比例较高;转让专利主要涉及A61K(医用配制品)、C12Q(微生物检测)、C12N(微生物或酶)等技术领域,且大多处于成长期和成熟期。结论推动医院科技成果转化落地,可以从提高发明专利质量、搭建医工企合作平台、研发具有市场前景和多应用场景的技术,以及研发风险较低的处于成长期和成熟期的技术等措施入手。
Objective Objective To analyze the characteristics of transferred patents from the top 10 hospitals in innovation transformation in China.Methods The top 10 tertiary hospitals from the 2022 national innovation transformation ranking were selected.Patent analysis was conducted through Innojoy patent search engine and the National Patent Office platform,Examining the numbers of authorized invention patent licenses and transfers,citation frequency,IPC classifications,and technology cycle.Results Transferred and licensed patents from the top 10 hospitals showed high quality and proportion.The transferred patents primarily involved A61K,C12Q,C12N,A61B,and A61M technologies,mostly in growth and maturity stages.Conclusion Enhancing the transformation of hospital scientific achievements requires improving patent quality,establishing medical-industrial collaboration platforms,developing technologies with market potential and diverse applications,and focusing on technologies in growth and maturity stages with lower development risks.
