摘要
本文主要研究了新质生产力对城乡居民收入差距的影响及其之间的作用机制:从新质生产力的理论基础进行了阐释,并运用剩余价值理论论述了新质生产力对城乡居民收入差距的影响;基于2010—2022年省级面板数据,采用面板数据模型实证检验新质生产力对城乡居民收入差距的影响及其作用机制,结果表明新质生产力能够缩小我国城乡居民收入差距。机制研究表明,人力资本提升效应是新质生产力缩小城乡居民收入差距的重要渠道。为此,各省应实施促进新质生产力发展的战略,健全和完善科技创新体系,完善农村基础设施,提升农村劳动力熟练程度和技能水平,逐步缩小城乡居民收入差距。
This article mainly studies the impact of new quality productivity on the income gap between urban and rural resi-dents and its mechanism of action.This paper elaborates on the theoretical basis of new quality productivity and applies the the-ory of surplus value to discuss the impact of new quality productivity on the income gap between urban and rural residents.Based on provincial panel data from 2010 to 2022,this study uses a panel data model to empirically test the impact and mechanism of new quality productivity on the income gap between urban and rural residents.The results indicate that new quality productivity can narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in China.Mechanism research shows that the enhancement effect of human capital is an important channel for narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents through new quality productivity.Therefore,each province should implement a strategy to promote the development of new quality productive forces;Establish and improve the scientific and technological innovation system;Improve rural infrastructure;Improve the proficiency and skill level of rural labor force,gradually narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents.
