摘要
本文针对产业园区减污降碳面临的挑战,提出了优化碳排放统计核算体系、协同推进环境治理与碳减排、加强绿色技术研发与转化以及完善服务保障政策等一系列措施。通过建立科学、规范、统一的碳排放统计核算体系,协同推进环境治理与碳减排工作,并加强绿色技术的研发与转化,以及完善服务保障政策,从而有效推动产业园区的绿色低碳转型,实现可持续发展。
This article proposed a series of measures to address the challenges faced by industrial parks in reducing pollution and carbon emissions,including optimizing the carbon emission statistical accounting system,promoting environmental governance and carbon reduction in a coordinated manner,strengthening the research and transformation of green technologies,and improving service guarantee policies.By establishing a scientific,standardized,and unified carbon emission statistical accounting system,collaborating to promote environmental governance and carbon reduction work,strengthening the research and transformation of green technologies,and improving service guarantee policies,we can effectively promote the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial parks and achieve sustainable development.
