摘要
规划环评是建设项目入园建设的重要依据,是规避环境风险的决策辅助制度。本文主要介绍了园区规划环评的主要任务及审查要点,分析归纳了当前形势下规划环评审查过程中存在的部分问题,提出了具有针对性和可操作性的对策措施建议,为提高园区规划环评的科学管理水平、促进经济高质量发展和生态环境保护提供了理论支持和实践参考。
Planning environmental impact assessment(EIA)is a crucial basis for the construction of projects within industrial parks,serving as a decision-making tool to avoid environmental risks.This paper introduces the main tasks and key points of the EIA for industrial park planning,analyzes and summarizes the existing issues encountered in the review process under the current circumstances,and proposes targeted and practical countermeasures.These suggestions aim to promote high-quality economic development and high-level ecological management.
