摘要
以某产业园区作为研究样本,对其规划方案实施后的碳排放情况进行分析,采用单位工业生产总值能源消耗年均下降率、单位工业生产总值二氧化碳排放年均下降率等指标对该园区规划方案的碳排放进行评价,并从园区产业、建筑、交通、管理等方面提出园区碳减排的管控措施及建议,以期为园区的规划环评提供参考。
Taking a certain industrial park as the research sample,the carbon emissions after the implementation of its planning scheme were analyzed.The carbon emissions of the park’s planning scheme were evaluated by using the indicators of the average annual decline rate of energy consumption per unit of industrial GDP and the average annual decline rate of carbon dioxide emissions per unit of industrial GDP.And suggestions for carbon reduction control measures in the park are put forward from aspects such as industries,buildings,transportation and management in the park,with the aim of providing references for the environmental impact assessment of the park’s planning.
