摘要
为探讨振动搅拌对预制箱涵混凝土性能的影响,以许昌绕城高速公路为依托,采用室内试验与现场测试相结合的方法,分析振动搅拌和普通搅拌对预制箱涵混凝土抗压强度、坍落度和外观质量的影响。结果表明:振动搅拌下预制箱涵混凝土的7d、14d、28d、56d龄期抗压强度比普通搅拌分别提高约5.9%、5.2%、4.2%、3.1%;振动搅拌一定程度上可降低混凝土的坍落度,比普通搅拌降低约3.5%;与普通搅拌相比,振动搅拌下预制箱涵混凝土的外观质量更优,减少了常见的蜂窝和麻面现象。研究成果可为振动搅拌在预制箱涵混凝土施工中的应用提供一定的参考。
In order to explore the influence of vibration mixing on the performance of precast box culvert con‐crete,based on Xuchang Ring Expressway,the combination of indoor and on-site comparative tests was used to analyze the effects of vibratory mixing and ordinary mixing on the compressive strength,slump,and appearance quality of prefabricated box culvert concrete.The results show that the compressive strength of prefabricated box culvert con‐crete at 7-day,14-day,28-day,and 56-day ages under the vibratory mixing increased by about 5.9%、5.2%、4.2%and 3.1%respectively compared with the ordinary mixing;The vibratory mixing can reduce the slump of concrete to a cer‐tain extent,which is about 3.5%lower than the ordinary mixing;Compared with the ordinary mixing,the appearance quality of the prefabricated box culvert concrete is better under the vibratory mixing with common honeycomb and rough surface phenomena reduced.The research results can provide certain reference for the application of vibratory mixing in prefabricated box culvert concrete construction.
