An Evaluation Indicator System for the Collaborative Development of Healthcare Vocational Colleges Based on Symbiosis-Synergy Theory

摘要 目的 构建并验证基于“共生—协同”理论的卫生健康职业院校协同发展指标评价体系,为区域协同治理提供可操作的度量工具。方法 通过系统的文献与政策分析结合专家访谈,形成涵盖政策、资源、师资与科研的多维框架;采用重要性与变异系数为依据进行条目筛选,以Kendall’s W检验专家一致性;进一步开展信度与效度检验,并以结构方程模型验证理论结构。结果 指标体系的各维度及各项指标的重要性整体较高、指标离散度较低,指标体系内部一致性良好,结构效度较高,理论模型拟合程度良好。结论 该指标体系在理论支撑、测量质量方面均表现优良,未来可用于协同发展监测、资源配置优化与政策评估等场景。 Objective To construct and validate an evaluation indicator system for the collaborative development of healthcare vocational colleges grounded in the symbiosis–synergy theory,providing an operational measurement tool for regional collaborative governance.Methods A multidimensional framework covering policy,resources,faculty,and research was derived through systematic literature and policy analysis combined with expert interviews.Item screening was conducted using importance ratings and the coefficient of variation,expert consensus was assessed with Kendall’s W,reliability and validity were examined,and the theoretical structure was tested using structural equation modeling.Results Across dimensions and indicators,perceived importance was high and dispersion low;the instrument demonstrated good internal consistency,strong structural validity,and satisfactory model fit.Conclusion The indicator system exhibits solid theoretical grounding and sound measurement quality,and is suitable for applications in collaborative development monitoring,resource allocation optimization,and policy evaluation.
