摘要 劳动教育作为新时代教育落实“立德树人”根本任务的必要手段,旨在探讨外科护理课程与劳动教育结合的必要性、可行性及其在专业教育中的具体实施路径,通过深入分析护理学与劳动教育的内在联系,提出将劳动教育融入外科护理专业教育的策略,同时重点设计了涵盖理论知识、实践技能、职业素养等多方面指标的全面的可行性评估问卷和指标框架,并探讨了具体的实施策略与实践案例。以期为外科护理专业教育的改革与发展提供理论支持和实践指导,为劳动教育在医学教育中的应用提供有益参考。 Labor education,as an essential means to implement the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"in the new era,aims to explore the necessity,feasibility,and specific implementation paths of integrating surgical nursing courses with labor education.By deeply analyzing the intrinsic connection between nursing and labor education,this study proposes strategies for incorporating labor education into nursing professional education.Furthermore,it focuses on designing a comprehensive and feasible evaluation questionnaire and indicator framework encompassing theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and professional quality.It also discusses specific implementation strategies and practical cases,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform and development of nursing education,as well as offering valuable references for the application of labor education in medical education.
