摘要
随着农业科技的快速发展和园艺产品市场需求的不断变化,传统教育已经难以满足高素质园艺人才培养需求,劳动教育和创新创业教育逐渐成为新时代人才培养质量提升的关键。探讨了劳动教育和创新创业教育融合的重要价值,分析了其存在的问题,并介绍了劳动教育与创新创业教育融合育人措施,以期为培养具备创新精神和实践能力的复合型人才提供参考。
With the rapid development of agricultural technology and the continuous changes in market demand for horticultural products,traditional education has become increasingly difficult to meet the demand for cultivating high-quality horticultural talents.Labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education have gradually become key to enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in the new era.This paper explored the important value of the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,analyzed its existing problems,and introduced measures for cultivating talents through this integration,so as to provide references for cultivating interdisciplinary talents possessing innovative spirit and practical abilities.
