OBE融合PBGS教学模式在实验诊断学本科见习中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的 探讨成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)融合项目式小组学习(project-based group study,PBGS)教学模式在实验诊断学本科见习中的应用效果,以期为医学教育模式改革提供参考。方法 选取2024年华南理工大学临床医学专业64名本科生,实验组采用OBE-PBGS融合教学模式,对照组采用传统见习模式。通过比较两组的考核成绩、教学满意度问卷调查两个方面来比较两组教学效果差异。结果 通过统计分析显示,两组预习后课前测成绩差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);课后测成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在针对临床医学本科学生临床见习教学满意度和教师满意度的调查中,OBE-PBGS组在学生满意度方面低于传统组,但在教师满意度方面显著优于传统组,统计分析显示两组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),这表明实验组的教学方法 和方式有待改进。结论 OBE-PBGS融合教学模式能够有效提升实验诊断学见习生的临床思维、实践能力和综合素质,契合医学教育“以学生为中心、以能力为导向”的改革方向,具有推广价值。但OBE-PBGS组在学生满意度方面显著落后于传统组,表明传统教育方式仍是学生群体的主流选择。将OBE-PBGS教育模式融入传统教学,这一课题亟待深入探索。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of an integrated Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and Project-Based Group Study(PBGS)teaching model in undergraduate clerkship training program for Laboratory Diagnostics,aiming to provide a knowledge reference for the reform of medical education models.Methods Sixty-four undergraduate clinical medical students from South China University of Technology in 2024 were selected for the study.The experimental group received the integrated OBE-PBGS teaching model,while the control group received the traditional clerkship model.The teaching effectiveness was compared between the two groups by analyzing assessment scores and teaching satisfaction questionnaires.Results The analysis revealed a statistically significant difference in pre-test scores between the two groups(P=0.038),while no significant difference in post-test scores(P>0.05).In the survey regarding satisfaction with clinical clerkship teaching and instructor satisfaction among undergraduate clinical medical students,the OBE-PBGS group reported significantly lower student satisfaction compared to the traditional group,but significantly higher instructor satisfaction(P<0.05),suggesting that the teaching methods and approaches of the experimental group required further refinement.Conclusion The integrated OBE-PBGS teaching model can effectively enhance clinical reasoning,practical skills,and comprehensive competencies among Laboratory Diagnostics clerkship students.It aligns with the“student-centered,competency-oriented”reform direction of medical education and holds promising potential for broader applications.However,the OBE-PBGS group significantly lagged behind the traditional group in terms of student satisfaction,indicating that traditional education methods remain as the mainstream choice among student populations.How to better integrate the OBE-PBGS education model with the traditional teaching workflow is an important research topic that urgently requires in-depth exploration.
