5E教学模式结合Mini-CEX在风湿免疫病临床见习中的应用

Application of the 5E Teaching Model Combined with Mini-CEX in Clinical Clerkship of Rheumatic and Immunologic Diseases

摘要 目的探索5E教学模式结合Mini-CEX的教学方法应用于风湿免疫病临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法随机将2023年1月1日—2023年12月31日在首都医科大学某附属医院风湿免疫科见习的临床学生54人分组两组,一组学生接受5E教学模式结合Mini-CEX的新型教学方法,即实验组(n=36),另一组学生接受传统教学方法,即对照组(n=18)。所有学生均进行理论考核、填写教学效果调查问卷,每组见习学生均进行Mini-CEX评价。结果与对照组相比,实验组学生的理论成绩及见习满意度均较高,尤其在见习模式满意度方面给予了更高的评价(P=0.029)。Mini-CEX评价表提示实验组学生在医疗面谈、技能沟通、临床判断、人文关怀、组织效能及整体表现方面均优于对照组的学生。此外,在学习效果评价方面,学生认为5E教学模式结合Mini-CEX的新型教学方法在激发学生学习兴趣(P=0.042)、提升学生学习效率(P=0.002)及提高团队协作能力(P=0.022)方面更具优势。结论5E教学模式结合Mini-CEX的新型教学方法应用于风湿免疫病临床见习中取得了显著的教学效果,在提升学习效果,提高团队协作能力方面尤为突出,值得在类似的临床课程中进行推广。 Objectives This study aims to explore the application effect of the 5E teaching model combined with Mini-CEX teaching method in clinical probation teaching of rheumatology and immunology diseases.Methods A total of 54 clinical students on probation in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology at an affiliated hospital of Capital Medical University between January 1,2023,and December 31,2023,were randomly assigned to two groups.One group was taught using the new method combining the 5E teaching model with Mini-CEX,forming the experimental group(n=36),while the other group received the traditional teaching method,designated as the control group(n=18).All students underwent theoretical assessments and completed teaching effect survey questionnaires.Each group of probation students also underwent Mini-CEX evaluations.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group students had higher theoretical scores and probation satisfaction,especially in terms of satisfaction with the probation model(P=0.029).The Mini-CEX evaluation indicated that the experimental group students outperformed the control group students in terms of medical interviews,communication skills,clinical judgment,humanistic care,organizational efficiency,and overall performance.Additionally,in terms of learning effect evaluation,students believed that the new teaching method combining the 5E teaching model with Mini-CEX had advantages in stimulating students'interest in learning(P=0.042),improving students'learning efficiency(P=0.002),and enhancing team collaboration skills(P=0.022).Conclusions The new teaching method combining the 5E teaching model with Mini-CEX has achieved significant teaching effects in clinical probation of rheumatology and immunology diseases and is worth promoting in similar clinical courses.
