摘要
自主学习是个体终身学习与社会适应的根本,而高等职业教育作为教育体系的关键环节,承担着培育学生自我学习能力的重任。学习评价作为高职院校组织实施教育与教学工作的关键指引,是促进高职学生自主学习能力发展、优化高职院校人才培养水平的关键环节。本文首先对自主学习能力评价体系对高职学生的影响进行了相关阐述,其次说明了高职学生学习评价存在的问题,最后探讨了自主学习能力培养的高职学生学习评价体系,以期为广大工作者提供参考性意见。
Self directed learning is the fundamental aspect of individual lifelong learning and social adaptation,and higher vocational education,as a key link in the education system,bears the responsibility of cultivating students'self-learning abilities.Learning evaluation,as a key guide for organizing and implementing education and teaching work in vocational colleges,is a crucial link in promoting the development of autonomous learning ability of vocational college students and optimizing the level of talent cultivation in vocational colleges.This article first elaborates on the impact of the self-directed learning ability evaluation system on vocational college students,then explains the problems existing in vocational college students'learning evaluation,and finally explores the vocational college students'learning evaluation system for cultivating self-directed learning ability,in order to provide reference opinions for workers.
