摘要
随着智能铁路2.0时代的到来,增大了对铁道工程智能建造技术人才的需求,亟需明晰铁道工程智能建造职业能力构成及深层关系。研究从铁道工程智能建造生态需求出发,构建铁道工程智能建造职业能力要素体系,并提出一种基于模糊粗糙WINGS-ISM的模型方法,揭示职业能力要素的因果关系和层次结构。研究结果表明,单一职业能力无法驱动智能建造职业能力系统的变化。11个能力要素中,伦理意识对其他能力要素的影响最大,土建技能的综合影响力较低;管理技能是最重要的智能建造职业能力,且受其他能力要素的影响较大。铁道工程智能建造职业能力受到驱动、过渡以及表层三种因素的影响,并且存在“管理技能-专业协同-沟通协调”和“信息技术-学习能力-创新能力”两个反馈子系统。最后,从人才选拔、人才培养以及人才考核三个角度给出铁道工程智能建造人才管理的建议,助力打造铁道工程智能建造产业生态。
With the arrival of the Intelligent Railway 2.0 era,the demand for talent in intelligent construction technologies for railway engineering has increased,making it urgent to clarify the composition and deep relationships of vocational competen⁃cies in railway engineering intelligent construction.This study,starting from the ecological needs of intelligent railway engineer⁃ing construction,constructs a system of vocational competency elements for intelligent railway construction and proposes a model method based on fuzzy rough WINGS-ISM to reveal the causal relationships and hierarchical structure of vocational competency elements.The research results show that a single vocational competency cannot drive changes in the intelligent construction com⁃petency system.Among the 11 competency elements,ethical awareness has the greatest influence on other competency elements,while the comprehensive influence of civil engineering skills is lower.Management skills are the most important vocational compe⁃tency for intelligent construction and are greatly influenced by other competency elements.The vocational competency of intelli⁃gent railway construction is affected by three factors:driving,transitional,and surface factors,and there are two feedback sub⁃systems,namely“management skills-professional collaboration-communication coordination”and“information technologylearning ability-innovation ability.”Finally,from the perspectives of talent selection,training,and assessment,suggestions for managing intelligent railway construction talent are provided to help build the ecological industry for intelligent railway construc⁃tion.
