鄂州航空都市区半地下再生水厂工程设计

Engineering Design of a Semi‑underground Reclaimed Water Plant in Ezhou Aviation Metropolitan Area

摘要 鄂州航空都市区某再生水厂是鄂州首座采用半地下建设形式的再生水厂,一期一阶段设计规模2.5×10^(4) m^(3)/d,部分处理单元土建按5.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d建设。污水、污泥处理构筑物单元均集约化布置于箱体内,箱体占地面积5930 m^(2),折合吨水占地0.237 m^(2)(/m^(3)·d^(-1))。箱体顶部覆土绿化并结合景观阶梯、微地形打造高低层次错落有致的景观公园。污水处理采用改良AAO+悬浮填料、矩形周进周出二沉池、高效沉淀池,并预留臭氧接触氧化的主体工艺,污泥采用离心脱水工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,可为类似项目提供参考。 A reclaimed water plant located within the Ezhou Aviation Metropolitan Area represents the first facility of its kind in Ezhou to utilize a semi‑underground construction mode.The project is being developed in phases,with the phaseⅠproject designed to handle a treatment capacity of 2.5×10^(4) m^(3)/d.Meanwhile,the civil infrastructure for certain treatment units is constructed to accommodate a future capacity of 5.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The sewage and sludge treatment structural units were centrally arranged within a box covering an area of 5930 m^(2),equivalent to 0.237 m^(2)(/m^(3)·d^(-1)).The top of the structure was covered with soil to facilitate greening,and is integrated with landscape steps and micro‑landforms to create a multi‑level,aesthetically pleasing park‑like environment.The sewage treatment main process incorporated a modified AAO system combined with suspended carrier,a rectangular secondary sedimentation tank with peripheral inflow and peripheral outflow,a high‑efficiency sedimentation tank,and reserved ozonation contact reactor.Sludge treatment was carried out through centrifugal dewatering.The treated effluent met the first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002),providing a valuable reference for similar wastewater treatment projects.
