摘要
作为我国首座采用全地埋式膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺的大型市政污水处理厂,广州京溪污水处理厂已成功运行近一年。基于其设计实践,总结了京溪污水厂从规划到设计、选址变迁、从基本功能到功能升级、从地上式到地下式、从传统理念到发展要求等多角度的经验教训。并首次提出城市污水处理厂设计应从市政设计提升至城市设计、城市经营的高度,体现城市可持续发展的内在要求。
As the first full buried-type large municipal wastewater treatment plant using membrane bioreactor (MBR) process, Guangzhou Jingxi Wastewater Treatment Plant has been successfully run for nearly a year. Based on the design practice, the experience of the Jingxi Wastewater Treatment Plant is summarized from planning to design and location changes, from the basic function to the function upgrading, from ground to underground, from the traditional concept to the development requirements. For the first time, it is proposed that the design of wastewater treatment plant should be considered not only as a municipal design but also a city design and a city operation to better reflect the intrinsic requirement for city sustainable development.
