摘要
青岛高新区污水处理厂作为高新区城市规划的重要组成部分,既要满足城市发展污水处理的实际需要,又要考虑到第三代新城的和谐发展。在考虑众多条件之后,高新区污水处理厂在国内率先采用全地下双层加盖构筑物模式,建设规模为18×104 m3/d。结合本工程,假定地质条件相同,将全地下污水厂与常规污水厂进行了各专业投资概算的对比分析,可供类似工程决策时参考。
As an important part of city plan of Qingdao Hi-Tech Zone, Qingdao Hi-Tech Zone WWTP has to meet the actual needs of sewage treatment and consider the harmonious development of the third generation of new city. After considering a number of conditions, Qingdao Hi-Tech Zone WWTP first utilized a fully underground double layer covering structure in China, and the treatment capacity was 18 ×10^4 m3/d. Based on the project, assuming the same geological conditions, the investment budgetary estimate in each specialty was compared between fully underground WWTP and conventional WWTP to provide reference for similar projects.
