摘要
文章聚焦金融科技在医保基金智能云监管中的创新应用,系统梳理了大数据与人工智能技术融合、智能云系统构建及监管流程优化的实践路径。研究表明,通过构建覆盖全流程的风险防控体系,异常诊疗行为识别准确率高达92.3%,监管边际成本降至传统模式的12%。然而,技术应用仍面临数据治理标准化不足、算法模型精度有待提升等现实挑战。
The paper focuses on the innovative application of financial technology in the intelligent cloud supervision of medical insurance funds,systematically combs the practical path of the integration of big data and artificial intelligence technology,the construction of intelligent cloud system and the optimization of supervision process.Research indicates that by establishing a comprehensive risk prevention and control system covering the entire process,the accuracy rate for identifying abnormal medical practices reaches 92.3%,while regulatory marginal costs are reduced to 12%of those in traditional models.However,the application of the technology still faces realistic challenges such as insufficient standardization of data governance and the accuracy of the algorithm model needs to be improved.
