大数据治理中人工智能辅助的决策支持系统设计与实现

摘要 文章以四川省某大数据中心决策支持系统开发为研究对象,探索了人工智能辅助的大数据治理技术在决策支持中的应用。研究表明,系统智能分析模块通过深度学习模型,提升了事件预测和异常检测的准确率。城市事件预测准确率达到92.7%,比传统方法提高了41%。此外,系统还通过跨部门数据共享机制与资源调度优化,提高了决策效率。 The paper takes the development of a decision support system in a big data center in Sichuan Province as the research object and explores the application of big data governance technology assisted by artificial intelligence in decision support.The research shows that the intelligent analysis module of the system,through a deep learning model,has improved the accuracy of event prediction and anomaly detection.The accuracy rate of urban event prediction has reached 92.7%,which is 41%higher than that of traditional methods.In addition,the system has also improved decision-making efficiency through cross-departmental data sharing mechanisms and optimized resource scheduling.
