贵州某选厂指标异常多维度系统诊断

摘要 贵州某选厂浮选回收率偏低,经系统分析发现:金精矿品位低是由于碳酸盐矿物增加;尾矿中金主要损失处于>0.045 mm和<0.025 mm粒级范围内,呈哑铃型分布。磨浮系统考查表明,入磨粒度细、磨矿效率低、返砂比大,导致入浮粒度-0.025 mm细粒级含量高,影响浮选效果;粗选回收率低、扫选产率大、富集比低,导致中矿恶性循环,降低金回收率。建议:①调整钢球球径比例,改善磨矿粒度分布;②优化浮选药剂制度或中矿再磨再选工艺,提高回收率;③添加分散剂或抑制剂,改善矿浆性质,提升精矿品位和回收率。 The flotation recovery rate of a concentrator in Guizhou is low.After systematic analysis,it was found that the low grade of gold concentrate is due to the increase of carbonate minerals;the main loss of gold in tailings is in the particle size greater than 0.045 mm and less than 0.025 mm,with a dumbbell-shaped distribution.The investigation of the grinding-flotation system shows that fine feeding grain size,low grinding efficiency and large sand return ratio lead to high content of fine fraction with a floatation size of-0.025 mm,which affects the flotation effect;low roughing recovery rate,high scavenging yield and low enrichment ratio lead to vicious cycle of middlings and reduce gold recovery rate.Suggestions:①Adjust the steel ball diameter ratio to improve the grinding particle size distribution;②Optimize the flotation reagent system or middling regrinding and recleaning process to improve the recovery rate;③Add dispersants or inhibitors to improve the pulp properties,concentrate grade and recovery rate.
