摘要
为深入贯彻“放管服”“互联网+政务服务”以及“不见面审批(服务)”改革要求,增强政府服务的便捷性和效率,本文探讨了“互联网+”不动产信息化改革的新模式。利用GIS、云计算、大数据等先进技术,搭建了“互联网+不动产抵押登记”服务平台,推出了不动产抵押登记“全程网办”的服务模式。通过该平台,实现了从抵押登记申请、审核、登簿缮证到银行放款的全流程线上化管理,提供可视化管理、信息共享接口管理、考核评价管理等功能模块,大大简化了办理流程,提升了服务效率。
In order to thoroughly implement the reform requirements of"streamline administration,delegate powers,and improve services","internet+government services"and"non-meeting examination and approval(service)",and enhance the convenience and efficiency of government services,this paper discusses a new model of"internet+"real estate informatization reform.Using GIS,cloud computing,big data,and other advanced technologies,the"internet+real estate mortgage registration"service platform has been built,and the service model of"whole network operation"for real estate mortgage registration has been launched.Through the platform,the online management of the whole process from mortgage registration application,examination and approval,registration and issuance to bank loan disbursement is realized,and functional modules such as visual management,information sharing,interface management,assessment,and evaluation management are provided,which greatly simplifies the handling process and improves the service efficiency.
