摘要
杭州市不动产登记"一窗受理"网上平台依托浙江政务服务网,基于省、市级共享数据服务平台,以"互联网+"思维创新不动产交易登记网上申请模式,整合现有的不动产交易、登记、缴税平台,打通不动产登记部门专网系统,按照"前台综合受理、后台分类审批、统一窗口出件"的模式建设不动产登记网上一窗受理平台。通过网上统一申请,多部门联办审批,实现了网上申请、线下办理相关业务全流程"最多跑一次"改革目标。
The "One-window acceptance" online platform for the registration of real estate in Hangzhou is based on the service network of Zhejiang Government Affairs. Based on the provincial and municipal level shared data service platform,with "Internet +" thinking to innovate the real estate transaction registration online application mode, integrating the existing real estate transaction, registration and tax payment platform, and connecting the real estate registration department special network system, according to the "foreground comprehensive reception, background division" The model of "Class approval and unified window dispatch" builds a one-window acceptance platform for real estate registration on the internet.Through the unified online application and multi-department joint examination and approval, the reform goal of "running at most once" in the whole process of online application and offline related business has been achieved.
